These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BridgeParts Ghana website and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
• When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Products, Availability, and Pricing

• Product listings, specifications, and compatibility information are provided in good faith but may contain errors.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel orders (with a refund) where necessary.
• We may limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept by confirming the order or shipping the item(s).
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) unless indicated otherwise. You agree to pay all applicable fees, VAT and other taxes, duties, and shipping costs. We comply with Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) requirements as applicable.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

• We accept returns for eligible items within the stated return window on the product page or order confirmation.
• Returned items must be in original condition, with all accessories and packaging, unless defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees may be non-refundable.
• Products may be covered by a limited warranty as specified (e.g., warranty months). Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

6. Compatibility and Installation

• Compatibility information and AI recommendations are provided for guidance. Verify exact part numbers and model compatibility before purchase.
• Improper installation may damage components. Consider professional installation where appropriate.

7. Wishlist, Reviews, and User Content

• Wishlist functionality is provided for your convenience; it does not reserve stock or pricing.
• By submitting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services.
• You represent that your content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, spamming, or interfering with normal operations.
• Rate limiting and other safeguards may be applied to ensure service integrity.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. AI and Experimental Features

• Our AI features (chatbot, visual search, recommendations, pricing suggestions) are provided on an "as-is" basis and may generate inaccuracies.

Except as expressly provided, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeParts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BridgeParts and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any related non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Accra, Ghana. Nothing in this section limits your statutory protections under applicable consumer laws.
